I make these every year for my neighbors.
My favorite neighbor was going through Chemo and Radiaton and was at the stage where it was difficult to swallow ... but when she called me to ask if she could expect them this year, I was all over it.
I'm glad I was able to deliver this to her, and hopefully she gained a pound or two of the 2 1/2 that she claims to have eaten :)
